Thank you! My name is Hemendu Sinha, and I head the Business Solutions division at LG Electronics. As part of my role, we focus on providing end-to-end solutions across various verticals—education, corporate, retail, and government sectors. This event is one of many we host across different cities in India, known as the Grand Tech Seminar. It’s a combination of an expo, dealer meet, and customer engagement event, where we showcase our cutting-edge products and solutions.
Today, we’re here in Jaipur, and it’s great to have customers, consultants, architects, and partners joining us. The event is designed to provide hands-on experience with our solutions and demonstrate how our products can be integrated into various business environments.

- SuperSign CMS (Content Management Software): This is our proprietary software that allows businesses to manage and schedule content across their LG displays. It’s ideal for businesses that need to control multiple devices from a single point, ensuring that content is deployed seamlessly across different locations.
- LG ConnectedCare: This is our remote monitoring solution that helps enterprises manage their devices in real time. It’s based on the cloud and offers proactive monitoring, ensuring that any issues are detected and resolved before they impact business operations.
- LG CreateBoard (Interactive Solutions): As collaboration becomes more integral to education and corporate environments, our CreateBoard solutions allow users to design interactive content. This solution is ideal for classrooms, boardrooms, and collaborative spaces, where real-time interaction is key to productivity.
- All-in-One LED Display: One of the most exciting products we have on display is our 163-inch all-in-one LED screen. With a 1.8mm pixel pitch, this screen is modular yet acts like a single large screen. It can be used for presentations, video conferencing, or even as digital signage.
Q-3 Wow, these solutions are incredible. One product that really caught my eye was the Smart UHD Large Screen Display. Can you tell us more about that?
Absolutely! The Smart UHD Large Screen Display is one of the largest single LCD screens available today—measuring 110 inches. It’s a stunning 4K display that offers crystal-clear visuals, making it ideal for boardrooms, control rooms, and other spaces where clarity is critical. What sets this product apart is the elimination of bezels or seams, which are typically found in video walls made of smaller panels. This makes it a preferred choice for businesses that want a sleek, uninterrupted display experience.
Q-4 That sounds fantastic! Moving on, I understand that LG also caters to the hospitality sector. Could you tell us about the solutions you have for that industry?
Yes, hospitality is a major focus for us. For this sector, we’ve developed a range of hospitality-grade 4K televisions that are designed specifically for hotel rooms. These TVs come with special features tailored for hotels, such as custom settings, welcome screens, and integration with hotel management systems. Today, we’re displaying our 65-inch 4K Hospitality TV, but the range spans from 32 inches to 86 inches, depending on the hotel’s needs. We are leaders in this space and continue to innovate for the hospitality industry.
Q-5 One of the most eye-catching products at your display is the Transparent OLED Signage. It’s truly unique. Could you elaborate on this product?
Yes, the LG Transparent OLED Signage is one of our most innovative products. It’s based on our Organic LED (OLED) technology, which is a patented technology from LG. This particular model offers a 55-inch 4K display that is completely transparent. It’s perfect for luxury retail spaces, museums, and high-end experience centers where businesses want to make a visual impact while maintaining a premium aesthetic. The transparency allows users to see content on the screen while also seeing through it, creating a truly immersive experience.
Q-6 That’s incredible! Now, let’s talk about LG’s Partner Engagement Program. Could you share more details about this initiative?
Sure. We believe that our partners are crucial to our success, so we’ve established the LG Elite Alliance Partner (LEAP) program. This is a comprehensive partner engagement program that includes certification programs, training, and incentives. We regularly conduct training sessions for our partners, both in India and internationally. For example, we take our partners to our R&D centers and factories to give them firsthand experience of the technology behind our products. This ensures that our partners are always up-to-date on our latest innovations and equipped to provide the best service to their customers.
Q-7 That’s excellent! How does LG’s business strategy differ from your competitors? How do you ensure LG stays ahead in the market?
At the heart of our strategy is product excellence. We focus on creating products that offer superior performance and reliability. Beyond that, we provide robust pre-sales and post-sales support. Our pre-sales team is one of the largest in the industry, helping customers and partners conceptualize, design, and implement their projects. In terms of post-sales, LG still maintains direct service, ensuring that our customers receive support directly from LG, which is a key differentiator in the market.
We’ve also set up Business Innovation Centers across India, where we showcase our full product range and simulate real-world applications for customers. This helps customers visualize how our solutions will work in their specific environments.
Q-8 It’s clear that customer support is a priority for LG. Could you tell us more about how you ensure top-notch customer service?
Certainly! One of our strengths is ensuring that customers get exactly what they expect. Our pre-sales team works closely with customers to understand their requirements, ensuring that there’s no gap between expectations and delivery. On the post-sales side, we have a dedicated direct service team that handles all customer issues. This direct engagement ensures that customers feel supported and that LG maintains ownership of the entire solution, which is a huge advantage.
