Aadhaar Card, PAN Card and other Digital IDs can now be added in Samsung Wallet

Samsung has unveiled new features for its Samsung Wallet, offering convenience and security to Galaxy smartphone users. The Wallet now allows users to access their essential Digital IDs, including Aadhaar Card, PAN Card, Driving License, and Vehicle Registration Certificate. It also provides a secure storage option for Co-WIN vaccination certificates. Along with this, Samsung has merged and enhanced the existing features of Samsung Pay and Samsung Pass on Galaxy smartphones, offering Tap and Pay, UPI payments, and bill payment experiences.
With the updated Samsung Wallet, users can now recharge and check their FASTag accounts, save flight boarding passes, and use a comprehensive solution for train tickets. This includes booking and saving tickets, checking train status, and more. Adding train tickets or boarding passes is made easy through QR or barcode scanning or by importing images or PDFs.
Moreover, Samsung Wallet allows users to present proof of identity and travel documents needed to enter airports directly from their smartphones. In addition to the four main Digital IDs, users can access over 2,000 other IDs/documents through Samsung Wallet, providing a convenient and secure mobile solution for various identification and travel needs.
