Adobe’s Security update Available For Linux Flash Player
The flash player in Linux will stay dead at the stage of 11.x until it is declared dead.
The whole and sole reason of the delay in removal of flash is the end number of security issues, which are not fixed by Adobe. This has made flash one of the slowest and difficult to deal with. Although, it is unclear on why adobe is not willing to adopt a more alert development approach.
Vulnerability in Linux are close d as soon as they are found. although all the vulnerabilities are classified which means there is no clue about the real issue.
while the recent update will address to the critical vulnerabilities that could potentially allow the attacker to control the system.
Adobe wrote in the security notice that none of these vulnerabilities has been exploited by now.
