Blueair has launched its operations in India. Thi air- purifier firm is targeting urban regions in India. Along with this announcement, the company has introduced four indoor air-purifier models which are available for Rs. 40,000 and Rs. 95,000.
Blueair has done a research on Indian market and after testing it for few years. The company eyes 15 per cent of the total market share in the country in three years.
The air-purifier 270E model, which is priced at Rs. 40,000 is best suited for small rooms of 240 square-feet while the 650E version (Rs 95,000), targets very large rooms measuring up to 698 square-feet. Rest of the models tend to serve from medium to large sized rooms.
According to reports, Blueair products are sold in 50 countries around the world.
Expanding its reach in different verticals, the company has also announced a smartphone app beneficial to the air-purifier only. The app helps users to discover in real-time, the level of air pollution in a particular region. The app is available on iOS and is expected to launch on Android as well.
