Android 5.0 Update Available For Lenovo Vibe X2 In India

A good news for the Lenovo Vibe X2 users in India. The company has started rolling out Android 5.0 a.k.a Android Lollipop update for Vibe X2 smartphone in the country. The update is being rolled out over-the-air and is over 1.1GB in size. The latest Android update for Lenovo Vibe X2 brings the usual Lollipop tweaks as well as Vibe UI improvements.

Lenovo has been offering Android Lollipop update for its devices and the Vibe X2 is the fifth device in the series. The Update Matrix on Lenovo’s website reveals that the company has already provided Android Lollipop update for Vibe Z2 Pro, Vibe Z2, S90-A, S60-A smartphones.

Lenovo has not made the official change-log of the update for Vibe X2 available so far, but we can expect improved performance, notifications, smart lock, UI tweaks, ART as default runtime and several such features coming our way.

If you haven’t received an update yet, you can download it manually by going to settings > about phone > system updates.
