In conducting the research, Frost & Sullivan included key benchmarking criteria that were developed to evaluate the entire client experience and strategy implementation excellence. Anritsu consistently scored high in all 10 criteria within the Frost & Sullivan customized Decision Support Scorecard and Matrix that compared test companies’ performance relative to each other.
