Apple is reportedly working on its third-generation Apple Silicon chips, and the upcoming #Apple M3 Pro chipset is rumoured to feature 12 CPU cores.
According to reports, these chips will be manufactured using the advanced 3nm node process from TSMC.
The 12 cores are expected to be evenly split between high-performance and efficiency cores, offering improved performance and power efficiency.
It is anticipated that Apple will first release devices powered by the standard M3 chipset, followed by the launch of M3 Pro-powered Mac devices in late 2023 or early 2024.
