Array Networks Inc., a global leader in Application Delivery Networking, has announced that it now provides support to large enterprises through its new Bangalore Center for Technical assistance (BCTA). Array Networks has also expanded services to tier 2 and 3 cities. Array Networks BCTA augments the US operations offering a 24X7 local support to the customers based in India, the Middle East and South East Asia. Services were extended to the Middle East and South East Asia regions where Array has been steadily acquiring new customers.
Array Networks’ Bangalore Center for Technical Assistance is an extension of Array Global support center based out of Milpitas, California, USA. The services offered include configuration, tele-support, web support and implementation. Along with these services, Array’s BCTA also provides local RMA and repair nation-wide. Currently more than 300 customers are receiving the services from Array Networks in India. Mumbai and New Delhi customers get a regional on-demand resources onsite.
