Aspire Systems has won two awards at the recently concluded PeopleFirst HR Excellence Awards 2020, which aims to celebrate best-in-class standards in HR strategies and initiatives. As a part of the annual awards ceremony, PeopleFirst recognizes leaders and companies who constantly strive to expand the boundaries of people strategy. This year, it has honored Aspire Systems’ Chief Executive Officer, Gowri Shankar Subramanian as ‘People’s CEO of the Year’ and Vice President – Human Resources, Dinesh Kumar TK as ‘CHRO of the Year’, under the Individual Award category.
The People’s CEO of the Year award felicitates the head of the organization for sustained impact on the organization by enabling extraordinary people practices. On receiving the award, Gowri Subramanian stated, “This award is a reflection of our team efforts, and it truly belongs to every Aspirian across the globe. It also echoes the phenomenal efforts of our HR Team to consistently steer the organization in the right direction. The award motivates us in a big way to ensure that we operate at a world-class level in terms of HR practices.”
PeopleFirst has honored Dinesh Kumar TK with the CHRO of the Year award for making an impact on the organization, business, and people while contributing to the HR community, industry and society. “I have always believed in the power of knowledge and people. I would like to thank each Aspirian for their support and commitment in creating a great work culture with excellent people practices,” said Dinesh Kumar TK when asked to comment on being the recipient of this award.
