Based on the overall theme of #Harpalhappiness, Asus, today announced its association with CRY – Child Rights and You, a leading non-governmental organization (NGO) that works for the underprivileged children protect their rights in India. It will be based on the Asus’ overall festive season theme called ‘Har Pal Happiness’ and will be a part of its Corporate Social responsibility (CSR) initiative towards giving back to the society.
Through this initiative, Asus will use Tweet Fuel Mechanism to give away one brand new laptop for every 1000 tweets with hashtag #HARPALHAPPINESS, which will be given away to CRY to help underprivileged children in their educational endeavors and personal development.
Commenting on this initiative, Mr. Peter Chang, Region Head – South Asia &India Country Manager said “The idea is to spread smiles & give back to the society in as much possible way you can. We truly believe that all children, no matter where they come from deserve equal education and our #HARPALHAPPINESS campaign exactly resonates with these sentiments.
