To install CCTV cameras at 300 stations across India also including all Tatkal counters will ensure round-the-clock vigilance and safety and help prevent abuse of system where passengers are denied tickets.
With the increased focus also on women safety, high-end surveillance solutions- safety/fire alarms, HD/vandal resistant cameras with quality images will help in deterring the crime faced by women in stations and railway coaches, and protect the perimeter from untoward incidents.”
