BIOSTAR Presents Latest Gaming and Home Office line-up with IonTech at the Dealer and Press Event in Philippines

BIOSTAR showcased its latest line-up of motherboards, SSDs and SoC at the dealer and press launch event at the Joy Nostalg Hotel & Suites Manila held on January 28th 2019. Event highlights included the announcement of a new local distributor IonTech, the debut of the M500 1TB M.2 NVMe SSD, and showcased its latest Intel and AMD offerings for gaming, home and business users. The M500 1TB M.2 PCIe NVMe SSD uses the compact M.2 2280 form factor that is compatible with latest-generation motherboards, laptops, and mini PCs, with Smart Temperature Display. The A68N-5600 a SoC motherboard designed for small form factor and home theatre PCs featuring a built-in AMD A10-4655 quad-core processor capable of Turbo clocks of 2.8GHz with a base clock of 2GHz. With the support of IonTech, BIOSTAR aims to bring in a variety of products to fit different users’ needs in this market.

M500 1TB M.2 SSD

The BIOSTAR M500 SSD is NVMe (Non-Volatile Memory Express) 1.2 compliant delivering high-performance speeds of up to 1700MB/s sequential read, 1100MB/s sequential write and random read/write IOPS of up to 200K/180K. The BIOSTAR M500 Series SSD features visible smart LED indicators on its heatsink cover for temperature and data activity. The LED Smart Temperature display delivers real-time temperature status of the solid-state drive in three different levels: green for temperature below 50°C, yellow for temperature between 50°C to 65°C, and red for temperature above 65°C. The heatsink also gives the M500 an edgy gaming look that’s perfect for any gaming motherboard.

A68N-5600

The A68N-5600 features the AMD A68H chipset and an on-board AMD A10-4655 quad-core processor with integrated Radeon HD7620G graphics. The A68N-5600 sports a compact mini-ITX form factor with two DIMM slots supporting DDR3-1333MHz of up to 32GB maximum capacity. It also packs high-speed USB 3.0 connectivity along with VGA and HDMI output ports for displays without discrete graphics.

RACING X470GT8
The RACING X470GT8 supports the first and second generation AMD Ryzen processors and Ryzen processors with Radeon Vega graphics featuring the AMD X470 chipset. The RACING X470GT8 comes with four DIMM slots supporting DDR4-3200(OC)/ 2933(OC)/ 2667/ 2400/ 2133/ 1866 memory of up to 64GB maximum capacity. The motherboard also supports high-speed M.2 32Gbps storage with M.2 Cooling Protection and high-speed USB 3.1 Gen 2 Type-C connectivity. The motherboard also packs HDMI output with 4K resolution support using Ryzen APUs.

The RACING B250GT5 supports the 7th generation Intel Core processors featuring the Intel B250 chipset. The RACING B250GT5 comes with four DIMM slots supporting DDR4-2400/2133/1866 memory of up to 64GB maximum capacity. The RACING B250GT5 features the BIOSTAR exclusive Hi-Fi Technology. The motherboard also supports high-speed M.2 32Gbps storage and Intel Optane Memory technology. It also packs HDMI with support for 4K resolution displays.

The A320MH supports the first-generation AMD Ryzen CPU / APU featuring the AMD A320 Chipset. The A320MH motherboard has two DIMM slots supporting DDR4-2667/2400 of up to 32GB capacity. The A320MH also packs an HDMI output and high-speed USB 3.1 Gen 1 connectivity.

Hi-Fi A68U3P
The Hi-Fi A68U3P supports the socket FM2+/FM2, AMD A-Series, AMD E-Series processors. Supports up to AMD quad-core and dual-core processors of up to 100W TDP. The motherboard features the AMD A68H Chipset with two DIMM slots supports DDR3- 2600(OC)/ 2400(OC)/ 2133/ 1866/ 1600/ 1333/ 1066/ 800 of up to 32GB. The Hi-Fi A68U3P also features the BIOSTAR exclusive Hi-Fi Technology and supports AMD Dual Graphics Technology and Windows 7.
