boAt has introduced the Wave Sigma smartwatch featuring a 2-inch display and Bluetooth calling capabilities at a price of ₹1,299

The brand, after revealing the design and main features of the boAt Wave Sigma smartwatch last week, has now shared more information about the product, including its pricing and availability date.

The boAt Wave Sigma smartwatch is priced at ₹1,299 and offers a variety of color choices such as Active Black, Pink, Cool Blue, Cherry Blossom, Jade Purple, Cool Grey, and a sophisticated Metal Black variant with a metallic strap. Starting from August 23 at 12 A.M., it will be available for purchase on Amazon India and the official boAt website.

Featuring a 2.01-inch HD display with a resolution of 240 x 296 pixels and a remarkable brightness of 550 nits, the boAt Wave Sigma smartwatch provides over 100 customizable watch faces to match your personal style. Notably, it supports Bluetooth calling, enabling you to make calls directly from your wrist.

Running on the Crest Plus OS, the smartwatch offers a quick dial pad function to store up to 10 contacts for easy accessibility. It boasts an extensive array of fitness features with more than 700 sports modes to cater to diverse workout routines. Additionally, it possesses an IP67 rating, making it resistant to dust and water.

For health tracking, the boAt Wave Sigma monitors essential metrics such as heart rate, SpO2 levels, sleep patterns, and offers energy and sleep scores. Beyond fitness capabilities, it includes practical features like camera and music playback control, weather updates, alarm settings, timer, stopwatch, and a “Find My Phone” function.

Fueled by a 230mAh battery, the smartwatch provides up to 5 days of battery life during regular use. However, even with frequent Bluetooth calling, it still manages to offer a respectable battery life of 2 days.
