Brokers App Platform Goes Mainstream In India, Broex Crosses The 50,000 Agents Benchmark
Broex, the exclusive mobile app platform for real estate agents has been growing at a steady pace. As reported, about 400 new brokers are adopting the app in their business every day. Recently, the Broex community grew with the headcount crossing 50,000 individual agents using the app across Android and iOS platforms. Broex has expanded to 100+ cities in India, substantiating an amicable ecosystem for broker’s in the realty market. As the role of agents in the industry is crucial, Broex is offering an exclusive platform assisting them in their enterprises.
The Broex app platform, the largest network of real estate brokers in India, has crossed the threshold of 50,000 agents and still counting. In terms of adoption rate, the app is the largest and the fastest growing realty agent’s networking platform by far. The app recently had official collaborations with major realtor’s associations from Tier I cities across the nation. Following its mass adoption, the app is on the way to substantiate as the primary platform for networking amongst brokers.
Commenting on the recent stance, Mr. Pallav Pandey, Founder CEO of Broex said, “We are overwhelmed with response from RE agents for BroEx. The demand in RE industry has shifted from investors to the end customers in recent years. We have started working with selected developers to showcase their project on the platform to reach the end customer through the 50,000 strong broker network that we have created. We are successful to attract attention of the community as our tool empowers them to close deals quickly.”
The company recently raised funding from Lightspeed India and is successful to catch attention of the venture capitalists community, as it is growing as a lucrative enterprise. The company does face competition from similar products offered by competitors like Plabro, Zillion Dreams, Smart Agent Connect but BroEx claims to be far ahead in terms of no. of brokers and also the adoption rate. Massive adoption of apps like Broex has proven that realty brokers in the country, though not the most tech savvy lot, are open to tech platform. While real estate sector has traditionally been slow in adopting technology, integration of IT can bring better prospects to the industry. The app platform is a stride towards organizing the unorganized realty sector of India.
