Canon EOS 1300D DSLR Now Available @ Rs 29,995

Canon India expanded its product portfolio with the launch of entry level DSLR called EOS 1300D. The company has priced the device at Rs 29,995, while its double zoom variant comes with a price tag of Rs 38,995. Both the variants will be available for purchase from April.

The Canon EOS 1300D comes equipped with an 18MP CMOS sensor and ISO speed expandable up to 12,800. The device is capable of capturing high quality images and full HD movies. The camera also incorporates inbuilt Wi-Fi and NFC support. 

The Canon EOS 1300D offers five creative filters which provides different expressions including soft focus, grainy black and white, toy camera effect, fish-eye effect, and miniature effect. There is also the Camera Connect app which allows the users to shoot remotely. The app will enable the users to control various camera settings such as shutter speed, aperture, ISO speed from their smart devices.

Speaking at the launch, Andrew Koh, Vice President of Consumer Imaging and Information Centre, Canon India said, “Photography as a hobby and sporting a DSLR camera is quite the rage in India presently. So is social media, and everybody wants to share their images online with their friends immediately. With this a precursor, we are thrilled to launch the EOS 1300D – a DSLR camera with inbuilt Wi-Fi & NFC. The EOS 1300D creates great looking images and allows instantaneously sharing them as well – thus meeting the requirements of first time users, social media junkies and hobbyists alike.”
