The ‘phablet’ market segment is heating up in India. After Micromax recently launched Canvas, Spice has introduced its Full HD smartphone Pinnacle FHD in the Indian market. The 12.7-cm (5-inch) full HD smartphone comes packed with a 1.5 GHz quad core processor and promises to bring better clarity and speed.
Spice Pinnacle FHD offers features including high definition display- 1920 × 1080 pixels with 16.7 M colours to Video recording at 1080p(30fps). This 3G Dual SIM Android smartphone gives access to Spice Cloud that enables the users to access data on multiple devices.

Spice Pinnacle FHD runs on Google’s latest Android 4.2 aka Jelly Bean operating system. Enabled with an 8GB ROM and 1 GB RAM, it can be expanded upto 32 GB through a micro SD card. This device enables users to capture the moments with an 8 megapixel Auto Focus rear camera along with Dual LED flash and a 2 MP front camera. Packed within is a powerful 2100mAh Li-on Polymer battery. Pinnacle FHD also includes features like Bluetooth 4.0, Proximity sensor, G-sensor, Light sensor, Pop-up Play, FM Radio, Intelligent Answer, Flip to Mute, Direct Call and GPS/AGPS among others.
Spice Cloud provides Spice consumers with Cloud Backup of 2GB free Data storage and seamless access to user photos/ documents / music / videos and contacts across the devices along with advanced security and anti-theft features. Users can access them all using the web interface at www.spicecloud.in.
With an MOP of Rs. 16,990/-, the Spice Pinnacle FHD is available for pre-booking on Saholic.com from 11 July 2013 while the product will be available across India through all major retail stores from 20 July, 2013. The deliveries for pre-booking start from 20 July 2013. It is worth mentioning here that Micromax had recently launched Canvas 4 at a price of Rs 17,999. The smartphone sports a 12.7-cm (5-inch) IPS HD display and runs on 1.2 GHz quad core processor. Micromax Canvas 4 comes packed with Google’s latest Android 4.2.1 aka Jelly Bean operating system with 1 GB RAM and 16 GB internal memory expandable upto 32 GB.
