Chinese company OPPO start on trial basis for device manufacture in India
The Chinese manufacturer is planning to focus on particular products and would decide future plans later. The company has started assembling mobile phones at Foxconn facility in Andhra Pradesh on a trial basis from August. It eyes to capture a decent market share and expect more than 200 per cent sales growth and 1.5 million unit sales by the end of March 2016. Meanwhile, the company is also considering setting up of its own manufacturing facility next year.
