Kumbakonam Information Technology Association (CMITA) and Tirupur IT Association (TITA) elected their new office bearers recently. A Murali is and M.Ramamoorthy are the president and secretary of the Kumbakonam Association respectively.
“The major agenda will be protecting the members against unethical online sale. We also want to involve every member in the Association activities. With the town getting ready for Mahamaham, which is celebrated once in 12 years, the Association will try to co-ordinate and get fellow partners across the state during the time,” said Murali.
Meanwhile at a recent meet, the Tirupur Association introduced the newly-elected office bearers and also released ‘Suvadugal’ (Trials), annual souvenir of the Association.
Confed-ITA secretary Ramesh Kumar and Joint Secretary Pratheesh Mathew were also present. Rapoo Peripherals along with Amman infotech sponsored the event.
