To convert the thoughts into an action 3i Infotech initiated ‘Connect’ which started with an agenda to break the silos and promote collaborative culture worldwide.
The program is aimed at building a strong medium to communicate effectively and transparently with its employees and clients. ‘Connect’, initiated by 3i Infotech Ltd.’s management, Madhivanan Balakrishnan, MD and Global CEO and Charanjit Attra, ED and Global CFO. It is the first step of the Company to engage with its clients and employees continuously and to showcase its global industry standards.
‘Connect’ is essentially for its Clients and Employees to endorse structured communication. It keeps the clients and employees well-versed about the latest happenings in the company.
The initiative serves as a platform for inspiring employees to showcase their expertise and ideas. The purpose is to bring together the clients under one roof to discuss the need and actions for the BFSI sector with a definitive implementation action plan.
The Company has been engaging with its clients and employees continuously through the following “Connect” initiatives.
Connecting with clients:
1. Connect Mail– Monthly mailer for its valuable clients, keeping them informed about the latest happenings in the company.
2. Connect Expo– a product exhibition where Company displays all its products, product way forward and gives live demos of different products using computers, laptops, pads and phones. CXO’s from different industries attended and appreciated the expo.
3. Connect Web– webinar sessions on their domain strength and our offerings for the clients.
