Mr. Akbar Lalani, Founder and CEO of Corelead Interactive has been recognized as the Entrepreneur of The Year in Service Category – BPO at the Entrepreneur India Awards held on 6 July 2013 in New Delhi.
Akbar was awarded at this prestigious platform for his efforts in developing Corelead Interactive into a strong, emerging service provider in the BPO category.
Akbar’s entrepreneurial efforts helped create a niche service offering that has helped many of the top international online retailers. Akbar has been a successful serial entrepreneur with his most recent venture being Corelead Interactive which has grown from strength to strength since its launch in 2010.
Akbar was selected amongst the 500 nominations and the event had participation from over 300 brands across retailers to the Entrepreneur groups. Akbar Lalani, a serial entrepreneur with over 18 years experience in the online retail sector, conceptualized and established a successful offshore delivery model that has helped several top international online retailers optimise cost and stay competitive. Prior to Corelead Interactive he co-founded two other successful companies.
