Doctor Web has updated its Dr.Web 7.0 for Android Light
Dr.WEB, Russian developer of information security software, has updated its Dr.Web 7.0 for Android Light to resolve known issues with the product. In particular, the update fixes a SpIDer Guard problem on certain Samsung devices when malware downloaded via a browser wasn’t being detected.
Dr.Web for Android Light will be updated automatically. If automatic updates are disabled on the device, one must go to Google Play, choose Dr.Web Anti-virus Light on the application list, and click “Update”.
In order to carry out the update via the Doctor Web site, a new distribution file must be downloaded.
