DT Partner Summit 2018 Emphasizes on Consolidation of Tech Business
Digital Terminal concluded its ‘DT Partner Summit 2018’ along with ‘DT Channel Excellence Awards 2018’ in New Delhi where dignitaries and professionals from IT Industry, Key Channel Partners, Dealers & Distributors, Associations, and top executives from leading IT vendors attended this prestigious event.
The summit was effectively designed to promote thought provoking keynote sessions, powerful presentations, panel discussions and interactive workshops in order to successfully address Business Opportunities & Challenges for Technology Partners. The summit provided a great opportunity for all the participants to gain more impactful insights into the consolidation of channel business. The publication also released report of DT IT Channel Survey 2018 which gave an insight of partner’s current challenges. The panelists also discussed the findings of this survey and suggested key move to tackle such issues. The key takeaway was traditional channel business is here to stay forever. We need to change our mindset and should work with a positive mindset to keep growing in any situations. Tech businesses need to focus on new avenues which can add value to their business goal.

First Session was on —“Emerging opportunities and challenges for channel partners” The discussion was very fruitful as panelists shared detailed information about the emerging opportunities for channel partners and what are the challenges that create trouble. Ltd.; Mr. Pritesh Patil, Country Head, Marg ERP Ltd.; Mr. Alok Gupta, President, Progressive Channels Association of IT (PCAIT); and Mr. Saket Kapur, General Secretary, Federation of All India IT Associations (FAIITA). The panel discussion was moderated by Mr. Rajeev Ranjan, Publisher, Digital Terminal.
The session on consolidation of channel business proven very successful as lots of channel partners/distributors and retailers shared the problems that they often face and talked about the opportunities for them in current market. The panelists helped them with their vast experience in this sector and gave them several solutions to face those challenges and convert small opportunities for the betterment of their business.
At the very last stage of the event, DT announced the ‘Channel Excellence Awards 2018” to acknowledge prime channel partners from this industry to honor them for their praiseworthy efforts.
