Edimax Technology, a leading networking solutions provider, has scooped five Taiwan Excellence awards in a 
record breaking, best ever performance for 2016. The prestigious Taiwan Excellence Awards were presented to a range of new, exciting products: the Edimax Pro CAP1750 enterprise access point, IC-7113W Wi-Fi camera with environment sensors, SP-2110W smart plug switch with power meter, IC-9110W outdoor Wi-Fi security system and the newly developed EdiLife solution with smartphone companion app for Edimax smart home products.

The first of five Edimax products to receive the award is the Edimax Pro CAP1750, an enterprise-grade access point with powerful functionality, the latest 802.11ac wireless standards and bundled Edimax Pro NMS (Network Management Suite) for intuitive and efficient network management. The IC-7113W Wi-Fi network camera also took an award thanks to its range of innovative features including built-in environment sensor to detect temperature and humidity levels, as well as night vision and Edimax Plug-n-View for quick, easy cloud connectivity and 24/7 remote monitoring.
The third winner, the SP-2110W is helpful and efficient smart plug switch featuring a power meter for easy power usage monitoring. Plug into the wall socket and switch or schedule a connected electronic device on/off from your smartphone. And the fourth product, the IC-9110W is an innovative two-piece outdoor Wi-Fi security system that incorporates an outdoor camera with a separate indoor Wi-Fi unit – allowing significantly greater flexibility for camera placement outside and showcasing a truly unique and original design.
The final winner is the brand new EdiLife Smart Home Solution with smartphone app which offers a smooth and responsive user interface with integration for all of Edimax’s smart product range including extenders, cameras and smart plugs.
