Extreme Networks, Inc. (Nasdaq: EXTR) today announced the opening of its first Return Material Authorization (RMA) depot in Mumbai. This depot will serve to support mission critical installations of customers in India on selected Extreme Networks support offerings; namely, Extremeworks, Partner Works Lite and Partner Works. Customers of these support offerings can have extended support level which includes options for Next Business Day (NBD) Advance Hardware Replacement (AHR).
With the operation of the RMA depot in India, we are better able to provide real time support for customers with business critical installations.
