Formidium has introduced a new initiative, “Formidium Talks,” designed to bring together prominent external leaders who share their expertise on topics such as business, technology, innovation, career advancement, and personal growth. The series is intended to motivate individuals toward both personal and professional development.
The first session took place on September 03, 2024, at 10:30 am at the Rajasthan International Centre in Jaipur, featuring Lakshmi Iyer, the CEO of Investment & Strategy at Kotak Alternate Asset Managers Limited. Lakshmi Iyer, recognized as one of Asia’s ‘Most Promising Business Leaders’ by ET Edge in 2024, is also one of the Top 25 most influential women in asset management in Asia and has been featured in the Forbes W-Power list.
During her talk, Lakshmi discussed the mindset and skills needed for growth in both professional and personal realms, focusing on innovation, emerging trends, opportunities, time management, and maintaining a balanced lifestyle. Attendees had the chance to interact with her directly, expanding their perspectives. The event was free and open to all registered participants, with over 300 attendees joining through both offline and online platforms.
