Commenting on the launch Mr. Mehernosh Pithawalla, Assistant Vice President, Marketing, Godrej Security Solutions said,” We at GSS have always believed in foreseeing and anticipating consumers’ needs and requirements. Backed by extensive market research we believed the time was ripe to launch The Matrix with I-Warn technology which combines the strong double walled construction of the Matrix safe with the advanced technology of the I-Warn alarm system. The safe alerts the owner and other stakeholders in case it is tampered with so that adequate and timely action can be taken. Additionally, it also sounds an alarm that acts as a deterrent for the burglars.”
Explaining the insight that led to the development of this product, Mr. Pithawalla shared, “When we began our brand journey consumers had a sense of denial, they believed that “Security lapses happen all the time…..but thankfully not to me”. The consumer today has evolved. He is aware of the need for security, however still believes that despite all preventive measures taken threats cannot be completely eliminated. Homeowners also felt that if burglars tried to take away the safe itself, he won’t be able to prevent it. Based on these insights, extensive product research was carried out at our R&D centre, leading to the development of the Matrix safe integrated with I-Warn technology. This technology empowers the consumer to take complete control of his home’s security needs. This thinking has been aptly captured in our brand campaign message Ab Musibat Se Darna Kaisa.
The Martix Safe with I-Warn feature is available across multi-trade outlets and showrooms in Jaipur and other major cities in Rajasthan.
