Internet huge Google has once again cashed in on the World Cup 
fever with a new colourful doodle on its home page that screams of the semi-final encounter between India and Australia at the Sydney Cricket Ground.
The doodle features batsmen with flags of both colours in the background. The caption reads “Australia and India go head-to-head in the semi-finals”.
The winner of today’s match will play New Zealand in the finals.
Indian fans are hoping their team continue their unbeatable streak this World Cup, having won all the matches in the group stage, and then the quarterfinal against Bangladesh. The Indian bowlers are on a roll having taken all 10 wickets in all matches of the tournament so far.
On Tuesday, New Zealand defeated South Africa in a rain-affected but otherwise nail biting first semifinal.
