Chromebooks promises to bring the best of Google, with things like Gmail, YouTube and Google+ built-in. There are also tens of thousands of other free apps which you can download easily from the Chrome Web Store. The Acer C720 Chromebook and the HP Chromebook 14 come with 100GB of free Google Drive storage.
Apps like Google Docs and Offline Gmail can help for offline use. The company has partnered with Tikona and Airtel to provide a range of cellular and broadband offers.
The Acer C720 Chromebook (Rs 22,999) and the HP Chromebook 14 (Rs 26,990) will be available from select Reliance Digital and Croma stores in Delhi and Mumbai from 17 October. Those interested can even pre-book it on Flipkart online.
