Google Clock Android App Undergoes Makeover

Google Clock app for Android has received a major overhaul. It has rolled out some interesting features which make it more useful than before. The recently released update pushes the application to version 4.2, which is now available to download from Google Play.

The latest version Google Clock brings a new feature which gradually increases volume of the alarms and timers. You also have the option of setting the timer ringtone of your choice and preemptively dismiss alarms from within the application. It also enables its users to control timers from the notification panel and gives them the option to add an additional minute, pause or reset the timer.

The new updates have are accessible through the Android Wear, which makes it easier to manage the alarm and timer with interactive alarm notifications.

Google had introduced Clock app featuring material design for non-stock Android users in June. The application was further updated in July with some new features and fixes.
