Informatica, the world’s No. 1 provider of data management solutions, today announced that Graeme Thompson has joined Informatica as senior vice president and chief information officer (CIO), reporting to Doug Barnett, executive vice president and chief financial officer (CFO). Thompson comes to Informatica from Oracle Corporation where he was vice president, Global IT End User Services. Thompson joins Informatica as an accomplished and innovative IT professional with more than two decades of experience in senior IT and supply chain positions. He will be responsible for fostering a world-class IT organization and for furthering Informatica’s use of cloud, big data and other technologies to create competitive advantage and aid in driving customer success. “Data is at the center of everything we do at Informatica.
