(FITAG) Federation of Information Technology Associations of Gujarat, total 32 IT associations across the Gujarat, will be conducting a state-level cricket tournament for their members.
The association, that has more than 3500 IT partners across the Gujarat is conducting this event for the fifth year in a row,
Total 21 Teams are participating this year, against last years 18 teams. This time FITAG has also included six new associations in the state forum. From these newly added associations Disa, Mundra and Mandvi are participating in this event.
“FITAG organizes cricket tournament to connect all associations on a common platform and have good get together with lot of fun. Many vendors take advantage of this opportunity to publicize their brand, as it becomes easier to access more numbers of people from various parts of the state at one place.” Said Sejal Kumar, secretary of the association.
The teams are supported by global brands including HP, D-Link, Asus and Indian brands like Zebronics, Enjay IT solutions. Bluemax is the title sponsor.
“IT business has slowed down because of online portals. For this purpose we are supporting the national IT association FAIITA. The Gujarat association’s sports event always plays a key role to get the partners united at one place. If we are together we can solve all the problems,” Patel concluded.
