HCLTech Expands Operations with New Facility in Hyderabad

HCLTech, a leading global technology company, has expanded its footprint in Hyderabad by inaugurating a state-of-the-art facility in Hi-Tech City. The 320,000-square-foot center can accommodate up to 5,000 employees and is designed to bolster HCLTech’s global delivery capabilities. Certified Gold by the Indian Green Building Council, the facility underscores the company’s commitment to sustainability and eco-friendly practices.

With this addition, HCLTech now operates five centers in Hyderabad, collectively offering a seating capacity of 8,500. The company, which has been present in the city since 2007, views Hyderabad as a key technology hub, leveraging its strategic location and strong talent pipeline to support its growth.

Hyderabad is home to renowned institutions such as the International Institute of Information Technology (IIIT), the Indian School of Business (ISB), and Osmania University, all of which play a crucial role in fostering innovation and nurturing skilled professionals. Telangana Chief Minister A Revanth Reddy welcomed HCLTech’s expansion, highlighting its role in solidifying Hyderabad’s position as a leading IT hub. State IT & Industries Minister D Sridhar Babu reiterated the government’s support for strengthening the tech ecosystem and ensuring the company’s continued growth.
