Hiver, a leading provider of email collaboration solutions for teams, today announced the appointment of Michael Benayoun as the VP of Business Development for its global operations. In this role, he will be responsible for building strategic partnerships with Google Cloud services and technology partners.
Hiver is headquartered in India and currently has over 1,300 customers in more than 30 countries across the world. Michael’s appointment signifies an important milestone for the company as it continues to grow its international presence.
With more than 20 years of experience in business development in the technology industry, Michael will work closely with Hiver’s founder and CEO Niraj Ranjan in expanding the company’s footprint in the US and European markets.
During his career, Michael has held key channel sales and senior management roles, and previously worked for Datto, Inc., Webtrends, IBM, and Broadvision, among other companies. Most recently he was the Global Director of Channel Sales for Copper (formerly ProsperWorks) – a G Suite CRM solution.
Michael is an alumnus of The Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and a graduate in Engineering from ESIEE Paris.

This new appointment is the latest development at Hiver, which recently raised $4 million (around Rs 29.5 crore at current exchange rates) in a fresh round of funding led by venture capital firms Kalaari Capital and Kae Capital
