Honer 7 Handset With Fingerprint Scanner Launched By Huawei
Huawei is trying to offer utmost security to its customers when it comes to their data in their devices. The Chinese company has launched its latest Huawei Honor 7 smartphone with a fingerprint scanner. Huawei Honor 7 is the latest flagship device from the Chinese company that offers a fingerprint scanner apart from the standard unlock function.
Huawei has fitted the fingerprint scanner at the back of the smartphone. It is located under the rear camera of the device. Apart from providing the desired security to the user, the fingerprint scanner can also launch the camera and click pictures apart from registering gestures.
The Huawei Honor 7 is powered by the company’s very own Kirin 935 chipset, which is a 64-bit octa core processor. It is coupled with 3GB RAM, 16GB and 64GB internal storage options, expandable up to 128GB via a microSD card slot.
The latest Huawei flagship smartphone packs a 13.20cm (5.2-inch) HD display. It comes with Android 5.0 a.k.a Android Lollipop out-of-the-box, topped withn Huawei’s Emotion 3.1 UI. It has an all-metal body measuring 143.2mm x 71.9mm x 8.5mm, with 157 grams weight. The company has fitted a 3100mAh battery.
On the imaging front, it has a 20MP rear shooter and an 8MP selfie camera. Huawei Honor 7 will be offered in both single SIM and dual SIM variants with connectivity options like NFC and 4G, along with Bluetooth 4.1, dual band Wi-Fi, GPS with A-GPS and GLONASS, OTG and micro USB 2.0 port. The smartphone will be first unveiled in China on July 7.
