Recently, some images of a smartphone belonging to Huawei’s sub-brand Honor leaked online. Dubbed Honor 8 Lite, the smartphone has now been listed on the company’s official website in Finland. As expected, the listing also includes the handset’s official images and specifications. Interestingly, the Honor 8 Lite is almost exactly the same in appearance as the Honor 8, except the fact that it comes with a single rear camera. In terms of specifications, the Honor 8 Lite features a 5.2-inch Full HD display of 1080×1920 pixel resolution. Powering the device is an octa-core Kirin 655 processor paired with 3GB of RAM. It offers 16GB of internal storage, with support for microSD cards.
The Honor 8 Lite has a rear-mounted fingerprint sensor and comes with a 3,000mAh battery. For imaging duties, it sports a 12MP rear camera (with LED flash) and an 8MP front-facing snapper.
Last year, Huawei launched its Honor 8 smartphone in India at a price of Rs 29,999. The highlight of the smartphone is its dual rear camera setup. The hybrid dual-SIM device boasts a 12MP dual rear camera with dual-tone LED flash. There’s also an 8MP front-facing shooter included in the mix.
Honor 8 flaunts a metal unibody design with a glass back and also has a fingerprint sensor. It comes with a 5.2-inch Full HD 2.5D curved display of 1080×1920 pixel resolution.
Powering the smartphone is an octa-core Kirin 950 processor paired with 4GB of RAM. There’s also 32GB of onboard storage, expandable up to 128GB via microSD cards.
