HP Inc. unveiled a bold new lineup of premium notebooks, desktops and displays designed to allow you to work safely wherever work and life takes you. The latest HP Elite series, including the EliteBook x360 1030 G3 and HP EliteOne 1000 AiO G2, feature maximum versatility to securely connect, create and collaborate from anywhere, anytime.
The HP Elite 1000 devices announced today are part of the world’s most secure and manageable PCs[i] and include a full suite of solutions, including the HP Endpoint Security Controller, HP Sure Start Gen4[ii] and HP Sure Run[iii] announced earlier this year. The all new HP EliteBook x360 1030 is the first device to feature optional HP Sure Recover with Embedded Reimaging[iv]. This option stores the software system image in embedded memory, ensuring data recovery even if the hard drive is wiped and no network connection is available.
Overall worldwide security spending in 2018 will reach $96 billion, up eight percent from 2017. Organizations are spending more, a result of changing regulations and being increasingly aware of emerging threats, according to Gartner.[v] As security of devices come under the spotlight, every PC decision is now a security decision.
“Security is at the heart of everything we do,” said Vickram Bedi, Senior Director, Personal Systems, HP Inc. India. “From the first stage of design through final delivery, we build a symbiotic relationship between digital life and security, continually delivering the most secure business devices on the market and making life safer for everyone, everywhere.”
