ITVOice News: During an event on Friday in Mumbai, HTC revealed its new One (M8 Eye) and Desire Eye smartphones for Indian market. The One (M8 Eye) smartphone will go on sale for Rs. 38,990, starting from 18 October onwards, while HTC Desire Eye will be released during late-November exclusive via e-commerce website, Amazon India.
The company has not yet revealed the price of HTC Desire Eye smartphone. The handset was originally unveiled during an event last week in China. HTC One (M8 Eye) supports similar features as that of HTC One (M8), except for the 13MP Duo rear camera, which company has replaced with the 4MP Ultra pixel Duo camera in One (M8).
To further with the detailed specs of HTC One (M8 Eye), the smartphone supports 12.7-cm (5-inch) full HD display. It is powered by 2.5GHz quad-core Snapdragon 801 processor, backed by 2GB of RAM and 16GB of internal storage which is additional expandable via microSD slot. The device runs on Android 4.4 with Sense 6.0 and comes with 2600 mAh battery, 5MP front shooter and 13MP Duo rear camera. HTC One (M8 Eye) also supports 4G LTE support, dual front-facing stereo speaker with BoomSound enhancements.
To talk about HTC Desire Eye, it supports 13MP front and rear cameras with dual-LED flash. It packs 13.208-cm (5.2-inch) full HD display, 2GB RAM and quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 801 processor, clocked at 2.3 GHz. It runs on Android 4.4.4 with Sense 6. Rest of the specs are similar to One (M8 Eye).
