Huawei Fit, Band 2 and Band 2 Pro fitness trackers launched in India, price starts at Rs 4,999
Chinese smartphone maker Huawei has expanded its wearable series with the launch of Huawei Band 2, Band 2 Pro and Huawei Fit. All the three devices are available across various retail and online stores in the country.
The Huawei Fit is priced at Rs 9,999 and it comes in two sizes and three colours – Black, Blue and Orange. Featuring a watch-like design, Huawei Fit comes with a heart rate monitor and can keep track of steps, sleep and offer support for activities like running, cycling, treadmill and swimming.
Along with this, the watch also displays VO2 max, recovery time and a training score. Compatible with both Android and iOS devices, the smartwatch provides notifications for calls, messages and reminders when connected to the smartphone. Huawei Fit features a 1.04-inch scratch-resistant display with Corning Gorilla coating and 208×208 pixel resolution. It houses an 80mAh battery which promises to deliver up to 6 days of battery backup and 30 days of standby time. The watch comes with IP68 rating which makes the device dustproof and waterproof.
On the other hand, the Huawei Band 2 and Band 2 Pro comes with a price tag of Rs 4,999 and 6,999 respectively. Huawei Band 2 and Band 2 Pro offer 24×7 heart rate monitoring. The former comes with VO2 Max technology, which measures the amount of oxygen a user can intake.
Both trackers are water resistant and come with 5ATM water-proofing technology that protects them for up to 50m inside water. They boast of a PMOLED display and are compatible with smartphones running Android version 4.4 and above.
The Band 2 Pro is equipped with built-in GPS, Sports Coach feature and Huawei’s TruSleep virtual sleep hygiene. They also come with a Breathing Coach feature that offers instructions on breathing for relaxing effects.
