Huawei G9 Lite Handset Announced In China

Huawei G9 Lite has dual sim functionality and runs on Android 6.0 Marshmallow operating system.It has a 13MP primary camera with LED flash and an 8MP front-facing shooter on-board too.

Huawei has just launched its G9 Lite smartphone in China. The G9 Lite is priced at CNY 1,699 and will go on sale starting May 13.

As for the specs, the Huawei G9 Lite sports a 5.2-inch full HD display with 1920×1080 pixels resolution. Powering the device is a 2GHz Octa-core Kirin 650 processor paired with 3GB of RAM. The smartphone has 16GB of internal storage which can be expanded up to 32GB via microSD card.

To protect the domestic industry from cheap shipments, the Indian government recently imposed an anti-dumping duty on import of telecom equipment from Huawei, ZTE Corp and Alcatel Lucent. Anti-dumping duty of 37.73% has been levied on imports from Huawei.
