Huawei G9 Plus With 5.5-inch Full HD Display Launched In China

Huawei has expanded its smartphone line-up with launch of the G9 Plus in China. The smartphone is available in Gold, Silver and Rose Gold colour options and is already up for sale in China.

Huawei G9 flaunts a metal unibody design and also has a fingerprint sensor.

In terms of specifications, Huawei G9 Plus features a 5.5-inch Full HD display. It is powered by a 2 GHz octa-core Snapdragon 625 processor paired with 3GB of RAM. The dual-sim handset runs Android 6.0 Marshmallow operating system topped with Huawei’s Emotion UI.

Internal storage of the G9 Plus is 16GB and can be further expanded by microSD cards of up to 128GB in size. It sports a 13MP rear camera with LED flash and an 8MP front-facing snapper for selfies. Connectivity options include 4G, LTE, 3G, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GPS and USB, with a 3,340mAh battery rounding up the spec sheet.

Recently, Huawei launched its flagship smartphone P9 India. Priced at Rs 39,999, the P9 is available exclusively on Flipkart.

The USP of the Huawei P9 is its 12MP dual-camera setup with Leica SUMMARIT lenses and dual-tone dual LED flash, claiming to deliver exceptional quality images. There’s also an 8MP front-facing camera.

Huawei P9 sports a 5.2-inch Full HD AMOLED display of 1080×1920 pixel resolution. It runs Android 6.0 Marshmallow operating system topped with the company’s Emotion UI layer, and is powered by Huawei’s own HiSilicon Kirin 955 octa-core processor. The phone comes in two variants – 3GB RAM/32GB storage and 4GB RAM/64GB storage. The storage capacity can be expanded using microSD cards of up to 256GB in size.
