Popular Indian smartphone and tablet brand, iBall has expanded its Andi range of smartphones, by launching the iBall Andi 4-B2 handset. iBall has given the Andi 4-B2 a best buy price of Rs. 4,499, and an MRP of Rs. 5,299.
The iBall Andi 4-B2 runs on Android 4.2.2 Jelly Bean OS and features a 4-inch WVGA display. The smartphone runs on a 1.3GHz dual-core Cortex-A7 processor, but iBall has not provided any information on the GPU or memory (RAM) of the device.
The camera options for iBall Andi 4-B2 include a 3.2-megapixel rear camera with an LED flash and a front-facing VGA camera for video calling. The built-in storage on the smartphone is of 2GB, which can be further expanded up to 32GB to store more multimedia and other files. The connectivity options of iBall Andi 4-B2 include A-GPS, GPS along with a standard Bluetooth and Wi-Fi networks. It features a 1400mAh battery capacity. The dimensions and the weight of the handset is not known as of now.
iBall Andi 4-B2 comes with some pre-loaded apps like WhatsApp, WeChat, Facebook and others.
Before this, the firm announced its Andi 4.5-K6 budget Android smartphone for Rs. 7,395 last month. The iBall Andi 4.5-K6 features voice a 4.5-inch qHD (960 x 540 pixels) IPS display, translating to a pixel density of 245 ppi. The smartphone is powered by a dual-core 1.3GHz Cortex A7 processor that’s coupled with a PowerVR SGX544 GPU and 1GB of RAM.
The iBall Andi 4.5-K6 sports a 8-megapixel rear camera with LED flash, and a front-facing camera with unspecified resolution. There is 4GB of inbuilt storage, which can be further expanded up to 32GB via microSD card. The smartphone packs in a 1600mAh battery, but battery life ratings have not been mentioned.
