Tech Day workshop was the best highlight on the day 3 at ICANN64 and had numerous technical workshops, presentations, discussions and interactive sessions going on under the ccNSO tag. The discussion was open for everyone present at the kobe meet and people from distinct technical backgrounds came down to take part in the interactive event.
The tech day was carried in three different sessions and went on to cover almost the entire day. Some of the prime topics discussed during the interactive tech day sessions were:
Discussion on IPv6 and other internet security issues
Current state and importance of Internationalized Domain Name (IDN)
Elaborate discussion on DNS-over-HTTPS (DOH) and resolution process
Critical analysis and discussion regarding the applications of Blockchain, IoT & the DNS
Case study on Alibaba’s Cloud DNS Practices
Emerging Security Issues, EAI readiness, DNS research and other technical aspects related to internet utilization
The Tech day event was carried out in 3 different session on the same day, i.e. 11th of March and garnered great response from both technical and non-technical experts.
