Impetus Infotech India Pvt Ltd, a leading product development, software services and solutions company, today announced that it has been recognised as one of the 100 best companies to work for in India by the Great Places to Work Institute in association with The Economic Times. This marksthe fourth consecutive year for the company to be recognized by the institute.
More than 700 companies across different domains such as BFSI, FMCG, IT, Healthcare etc. participated in the Great Places To Work survey this year, out of which Impetus was ranked #73. For the uninitiated, the survey is primarily based on two parameters – The Cultural Audit and the Trust Index. With this feat, Impetus has further cemented its position of being an organization that provides a healthy work environment, effective management and innovative policies that foster a high-performance environment.
Taking a holistic approach, the company provides special facilities like crèche for working mothers, sick room for the ailing, gym and yoga to aid mental and physical well-being. Impetus is also the first IT company in central India to provide organic food to its employees.
Speaking on this occasion, Sanjeev Agrawal, Vice President – Operations & Human Empowerment said, “We feel extremely honored to be featured amongst India’s Top 100 best companies to work for yet again. At Impetus, we ensure that our employees feel valued and motivated. This award is an acknowledgement from our employees who make Impetus a great place to work.”
