- Can you tell us about your platform (Ctrl F) and how it simplifies compliance processes for businesses?
Mr. Mahesh Krishnamoorthy :- Ctrl F offers an ERP-based software tool to help stakeholders comply with Indian labour laws. The multi-tenant, cloud-based, web-based, and mobile Compliance SAAS solution keeps track of all compliances and has advanced workflows using Robotic Process Automation (RPA) for automating labour Compliance.
You can imagine a scenario where labour law records and compliances are in the form of books, paper, excel sheets which are to be filed, stored for many years in physical format. Any query requires a search through volumes of paper/computerized sheets. Management reporting has to be manually done and is time consuming. To top it all, never will it be known whether the organization is 100% compliant or not at any point of time. CtrlF simplifies the entire process with complex information on finger tips with higher control on compliance adherence.
- What sets your platform apart from other compliance software solutions available in the market?
Mr. Mahesh Krishnamoorthy :- Ctrl F easily tracks the ever–changing environment of labour compliances. Ctrl F brings a centralized Compliance monitoring framework with a complete checklist of all applicable central, state and industry-specific laws. The SaaS-based plug-and-play tool gives free access to 40,000 pages of the Indian labour laws; 1000+ Laws and Acts, 10,000+compliances, 20000+ legal updates, 1000+ register and return formats including approx. 200 bi-lingual formats and more. Being an integrated governance, risk and Compliance software, it manages contracts, litigation, risks, controls and audits. The software also tracks policies, procedures, SOPs etc. With automated alerts and triggers supporting the comprehensive dashboards and reports, the intuitive and easy-to-use modern design & interface is designed for an enhanced visual experience.
- How does Ctrl F ensure compliance with the latest regulatory requirements and changes?
Mr. Mahesh Krishnamoorthy :- Core Integra has subject matter expertise in labour law compliance catering to over 500 Clients across 30 industries for the last 15 years. We have a strong research and operations team which is well networked and continuously updates Ctrl F with the latest regulatory changes and requirements.
- Can you walk us through the on boarding process for new clients? How long does it typically take to get up and running on your platform?
Mr. Mahesh Krishnamoorthy :- We have standard on-boarding process for new Clients on the platform. Our Transition team collects necessary information in coordination with various Client teams post which they configure the platform aligned to Clients business dynamics and compliance requirements. This entire process takes approx. 15 to 30 days depending on Client scale. Once the platform is implemented, our Operations team trains the Client users and handholds for one to two cycles of compliance process. Repeat trainings are offered till the Client is comfortable with the platform. In parallel, any customizations and integration requirements are undertaken by the technical team. For a large scale enterprise end to end implementation does not exceed 90 days.
- How does your platform handle sensitive data and ensure data privacy and security?
Mr. Mahesh Krishnamoorthy :- Ctrl F is ISO 27001, ISO 9001 and Cert-in VAPT certified. We use AES encryption standard with all data stored in Indian geography with restricted login architecture and SSL encryption. Our servers are hosted on data centres with defined security standards and compliance certifications with off-site cold back up, near site DR and multi DC server based DR.
- Can you share some success stories or case studies of businesses that have benefited from using your platform?
Mr. Mahesh Krishnamoorthy :- I can mention the case study of one of the largest EPC in India managing global projects as well. CtrlF manages the entire end to end compliance workflow for Contractor management which includes aggregation, onboarding, verification & validation, processing, attendance management, wage runs, record-keeping, generation of registers & returns in bi-lingual formats across multiple States, performance tracking and real time dashboards. The Client has over 300 sites with over 3000 Contractors across all States in India and has been using Ctrl F for over 3 years now. Other than centralized record management, accurate processing and real time information, Ctrl F has been able to control revenue leakage and ensure 100% compliance adherence in a segment where maximum non compliances are prevalent putting Principal Employers to highest level of risk.
- How do you stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and incorporate them into your platform?
Mr. Mahesh Krishnamoorthy :- As mentioned earlier, we have a strong research and operations team which is well networked in the industry. This team is responsible for real time updates of Ctrl F.
- How do you provide support and training to your clients to ensure they are making the most out of your platform?
Mr. Mahesh Krishnamoorthy :- Trainings at the beginning of the relationship and continual training models are part of our standard service offering to all our Clients. Notifications are automatically sent from Ctrl F for all changes and updates on a regular basis. Product enhancements and new modules are offered to all Clients along with training session on the new introductions. We also run many customer knowledge sessions, not restricted to software usage, but extended to the compliance domain to ensure that our Clients and Users have in-depth knowledge of compliances rather than restrict their knowledge to the technology solution alone.
- What are your plans for future development of your platform? Are there any new features or functionalities in the pipeline?
Mr. Mahesh Krishnamoorthy :- There is a slew of enhancements and new modules planned in the road map till March 2025. Most of the enhancements are towards new features, revamping older modules and improved UI/UX. We are also introducing embedded tools in Ctrl F using Robotic Process Automation and Artificial Intelligence solutions. The journey over the next 12-18 months is highly exciting for us and am sure the Clients will be overjoyed with the new releases which happen in every quarter.
- Finally, how does your pricing model work, and what are the different subscription plans available?
Mr. Mahesh Krishnamoorthy :- Our pricing model is customized to match the Clients requirements. There are many factors which decide the pricing, for example, the scale of business, headcount, factories, offices, geographical spread, Clients preferences of modules and features and finally the customization and integration needs of the Clients basis their internal standard operating procedures. This model has helped us grow rapidly and gain in-roads into every size and scale from start-ups to large enterprises. Being a transparent pricing co-created with the Clients, it has helped us gain their trust as well.
