Last week, Infinix announced the Infinix HOT 20 Play and HOT 20 5G prices, details, and availability in India. Large batteries with 18W fast charging capabilities, MediaTek chipsets, and other features may be found in the new devices. The Infinix HOT 20 5G, according to Infinix, is the first product in its class to guarantee nationwide 5G connectivity with 12 bands support. Memfusion RAM technology, which is essentially extensible RAM, is present in both devices.
Priced at Rs 8,999 for the Infinix HOT 20 Play and Rs 11,999 for the Infinix HOT 20 5G, respectively. On December 6, the HOT 20 Play will go on sale, and on December 9, the HOT 20 5G will be offered on Flipkart. The HOT 20 5G will be offered in the colours Space Blue, Blaster Green, and Racing Black, while the HOT 20 Play comes in the hues Luna Blue, Aurora Green, and Racing Black.
The 6.82-inch HD+ punch-hole display on the Infinix HOT 20 Play has a refresh rate of 90 Hz and a touch sampling rate of 120 Hz. The Infinix HOT 20 Play sports a large screen and up to 500 nits of brightness for bringing in bright outdoor light. It is claimed to be assisted by the DTS speaker’s 3D sound processing capability.
The Helio G37 gaming processor powers the Infinix HOT 20 Play. It has the Dar-link 2.0 engine, which intelligently dynamically manages CPU and GPU to provide smooth performance in demanding games and vastly extends battery life. The smartphone is powered on XOS 10.6 on top of Android 12. The Infinix HOT 20 Play has a sizable 6,000 mAh battery with 18W fast-charging capability.
The 13MP dual rear cameras on the Infinix HOT 20 Play have a dedicated AI lens, a quad-LED flash, and a powerful image algorithm to capture portrait Bokeh that enhances each photo’s focus to the best of its ability. The smartphone has a front-facing 8MP selfie camera with a single LED flash.

A 6.6-inch FHD+ HyperVision Gaming Display with a 120Hz ultra-high refresh rate and a 180Hz touch sampling rate is included with the Infinix HOT 20 5G. It is supported by the most recent DRE (Dark Region Enhancement) Sunlight Readable Technology and boasts a 1900:1 colour contrast ratio.
According to the firm, the Infinix HOT 20 5G delivers a fantastic experience with faster application response, higher game FPS (frame rate), and a smoother network connection. It is powered by a 6nm MediaTek Dimensity 810 CPU. With XOS 10.6 on top, it uses Android 12. According to reports, the smartphone is the first in its class to support 12-band 5G connectivity. A 5,000mAh battery with “Power Marathon” power-saving technology powers the Infinix HOT 20 5G.
The smartphone’s 50MP Super Nightscape Camera with dual LED Flash delivers vivid, bright, and clear images in even the most challenging lighting situations. An 8MP in-display selfie camera with a single LED flash is available on the Infinix HOT 20 5G.
