Infosys today announced the appointment of David D. Kennedy as Executive Vice-President and General Counsel for the company with effect from November 1. He will also be the Executive Officer of the company for the purpose of SEC reporting and will be based out of Palo Alto, California. He received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and has his Juris Doctor from The University of Connecticut School of Law.
