The DigitALL initiative aims to use innovation and technology to create a world where diversity and inclusion are fundamental principles of the industry, not just buzzwords. As a woman in the tech industry, I have personally witnessed the potential of innovation and technology to break gender barriers and create new opportunities for women.
However, the tech industry has traditionally been male-dominated, and women remain underrepresented in technology-related fields. The lack of visible role models can dissuade young women from pursuing careers in technology. SpringML recognizes this issue and is committed to recruiting and supporting more women in technology. Women bring unique perspectives and experiences to the industry that can lead to innovative solutions.
SpringML provides opportunities for women to learn and develop with mentorship programs, skills training, and leadership development programs. McKinsey Global Institute estimated that closing the gender gap in the labor force could increase global GDP by $12 trillion by 2025.
