iValue recently completed its 5th anniversary as the fastest growing VAD with 5 times growth over market, consistently over last 5 years. iValue celebrated this success in a grand way with its key Partners and OEM’s who contributed in a big way through International Partner Conclave, “iRishtey 2013“, recently held at Srilanka, between 4th & 6th of July. The 3 day event saw iValue bringing Top 100+ partners & consultants and 12+ OEM’s, who define and shape networking, security and storage industry, to jointly script the next big growth wave for all.
The key objective of iRishtey was to review the market, identify new growth opportunities for partners and arrive at “collaborative Go to Market” approach required for ensuring profitable growth. The event was inaugurated by Partners across North, West and South zone’s lighting the lamp. There was large consensus amongst most partners to leverage on many of the niche and compelling offerings presented for effectively addressing Customers business and IT challenges to ensure growth with profitably.
The highlight of the event was the Panel discussion on topic “Next Profitable Growth Opportunities for Partners”. The topic invited healthy debate and discussion amongst panel members comprising OEM’s and Partners with the audience sharing their views and perspective. The discussion ensured many take away such as focusing on customer, understanding customer business, ensuring balanced portfolio with niche and popular offerings along with services, leveraging cloud to address expanding market, focusing on service revenue, etc… as new avenues for profitable growth.
iValue recognized & awarded Top national & regional partners who had contributed to its fast paced growth of 80% CAGR since inception. TCS & Secure Network Systems won the “Best partner award” at national level for National & Regional partner categories, respectively. iValue also chose the momentous occasion to recognize and award Mr. M. Prabhakar Kini & Mr. Peter Theobald, for their outstanding contributions to the industry over the last several decades.
As part of the celebrations, iValue launched its maiden “iRishtey Partner Program” for all its Regional partners with rewards such as Renault Duster SUV, Renault Scala Car and Harley Davidson bike, etc…for current year business done with iValue. The Program was a hit amongst participants and instantly captured their interest & imagination. The program has two variations – one for all categories of iValue offerings and another focused on select niche ones, with multiple rewards at various slabs starting as low as 50lacs of annual business done with iValue, between Apr’13 and Mar’14. Many Partners were seeing zeroing on specific rewards as targets to be won during iRishtey 2014 summit through this compelling program.
Mr. Ramanand, Management Consultant, concluded the event with an insightful presentation on success formula, business agility with a concluding remark – “You are only a decision away from success or GREATER success“, summarizing iRishtey partner conclave, hosted with an objective to plan BIGGER success for all its Partners.
iRishtey was the 1st event of its kind to leverage social media extensively to update rest of the world in real time. Twitter (@iValueInfoSoln / #iRishtey), Facebook (iValue InfoSolutions) and Linked-in (iValue InfoSolutions Pvt. Ltd.) were used to post live updates with photos of the event as it unfolded including award ceremony and panel discussion highlights. It soon became a trend with lot of partners & consultants joining the live update sharing through various social media. The updates continue to pour even after a week with participants reliving the event.
The Networking dinner at the beach side with colorful firecrackers in the background, Evening games & activities, entertainment with foot tapping music during award night, pep talk by Ramanand for great success and shopping & sightseeing on 3rd day ensured iRishtey refreshed body, mind and soul of all the participants.
Majority of the participants liked the content presented for planning their next profitable growth needs and were keen to maximize, through 1 on 1 discussion arranged with relevant OEM & iValue team on the side lines.
