Konica Minolta Business Solutions India Pvt. Ltd., a world-class technology company, has been conferred with the SME Channels Award for being the BEST A3 PRINTER BRAND during the award ceremony held in New Delhi’s Hotel Shangrila on 13th November 2013.
SME Channels- India’s first IT magazine for SMEs has over the years created awareness regarding the business solutions offered by a number of small and large enterprises throughout various Indian cities. Further to the channel’s numerous efforts to recognize the leading players in the market, the SME Channels Awards have been known to consistently felicitate the outstanding performances of the companies for 3 years in a row.

Marked by an extensive process of evaluating the nominees, SME Channels conducted a survey with 1150 partners of A3 category and Konica Minolta came out to be the winner with a 7 point average. The parameters on which the companies were evaluated were service support, vendor relation, brand value, availability, training and convenience and marketing support.
Apart from the survey, the decision to award Konica Minolta was based on the feedback taken from IDC and Gartner, besides the viewpoints acquired directly from the various stakeholders in the industry. Mr. V. Balakrishnan further added, “This award gives us impetus to work harder in the future and continue to add value to our partners and customers.”
