Konica Minolta To Showcase Innovative Document Management Solutions At 18th Annual Asian Shared Services & Outsourcing Week
With the number of Shared Service Centres (SSC) and Delivery Centres in Asia growing by 42% over the past two years, Konica Minolta Business Solutions Asia (BSA), a leader in advanced document management technologies and solutions, today announced its participation in the upcoming 18th Annual Asian Shared Services & Outsourcing Week conference. This is the second time the company will be participating in the conference since 2014.
Scheduled to run from November 17 to 19, 2015 at the Singapore Expo’s MAX Atria, the premier exposition will feature top talent from leading organisations to share about the cutting-edge technologies and best practices within the industry. Konica Minolta BSA will showcase its Document Management Solution at its booth over the three-day event. The solution will enable organisations to capture documents in electronic format and store them on a network or in the cloud for its employees to access almost instantaneously. It allows administrators to monitor who has accessed files and track changes, and permit or deny file access to individual users or groups. In addition, the document management solution is sustainable and convenient, reducing paper, storage and faxing costs.
“With the growth of SSCs within around the world and within the Asia-Pacific region, more companies are rethinking their approach to making documents accessible anywhere and anytime”, said Mr Jonathan Yeo, General Manager of Konica Minolta BSA. “From helping companies achieve digital transformation and operational agility, this conference gives us a great opportunity to present our integrative document management solutions that allows users to collaborate and innovate organisational processes effectively, securely and sustainably.”
